In Arkansas, any motor vehicle owner can apply for a personalized plate.
Process:
To apply for a personalized Arkansas license plate, you'll need to complete a Request for Personalized License Plate form and submit it to the Arkansas Office of Motor Vehicle (OMV). You can apply in person at any OMV office or by mail.
Rules:
- You can use up to eight letters and numbers on your personalized plate.
- Offensive, derogatory, or sexually suggestive combinations are prohibited.

Important notes for Arkansas residents:
- If you decide not to renew your personalized plate, you must surrender it to the DMV when you renew your registration. Failing to do so is a misdemeanor.
