Rules:
- Spaces and hyphens are allowed between characters, but not two in a row, and no other symbols.
- Refused: discriminatory, sexually suggestive, abusive or derogatory messages in any language, including slang.
- A plate can be recalled later if ICBC receives a complaint and finds it objectionable.
