How to apply:

Rules:
- The letter O is converted to zero; leading zeros and consecutive zeros are restricted on 5 to 7 character plates.
- No more than four identical consecutive characters.
- Refused: combinations implying authority (police), promoting unsafe driving, violence, obscenity, vulgar slang, or trademarks.
